Engagement photos, proposal photos and couples portrait sessions from around Kansas City. I love photographing weddings in KC but those days are much more about documenting the moments happening throughout the day with short breaks for portraits. An engagement session gives us the time and space to find good light and get comfortable in front of the camera for portraits. I’ve found doing an engagement session before a wedding helps so much during portrait time on the wedding day; we’ve already found some poses and looks we like and can make the most of that time without pulling you away from your wedding for very long.
